Lost and found items can be found at the security control room.
For collection of any lost and found item, the claimant must provide an accurate and detailed description of the item or proof of purchase. The claimant must complete a release form and provide a copy of their identity document.
Lost and found items will be retained for the periods set out below, subject to change:
Personal
belongings
(Clothing, bags, phones, identity documents, wallets (with/ without bank cards, cash etc)
Personal belongings will be held for 14 days where after it will be handed in at the nearest police station.er it will be donated.
Bank
cards
Bank cards will be held for 7 days where after the card will be destroyed.
Dry food
items
(i.e., tinned foods)
Dry food items will be held for 7 days whereafter it will be donated.
Medicines or
sealed bottle items
(i.e., tablets, cough mixture etc)
Medicines will be held for 7 days where after it will be handed in at a pharmacy for safe disposal.where after it will be donated.
Perishable
Items
(i.e., bread, milk, fruit etc)
Perishables will be kept for 24 hours only where after it will be donated.
